HOUSING RESERVATIONS
Reservation Options are coming soon
Group Rate is $279.00 a night plus:
• $20.00 resort fee per room per day
• 11.5% Tax
Housing Cut-Off Date: Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Any reservation requests after this cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis.
ROOM DEPOSIT:
All reservations must be accompanied by one night’s deposit in the form of a personal check, money order or major credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations or changes in arrival or departure dates may be made up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival without charge to the individual. Should a change in reservation, including early departure, occur after the cancellation deadline the total 1-night deposit will be forfeited.
